Beth and Dan's Wedding

The first wedding of the season was so much fun. We got to shoot at the beautiful Roger Williams Park in Providence, a lovely backyard wedding and a sweet venue at The Rhode Island Yacht Club. Add a great couple and a photographer couldn’t ask for more.

Here’s a few of the photo’s.

Allyson and Adam's Wedding

Last month I had the good fortune to photograph Allyson and Adam's wedding.  With Allyson being a designer and Adam a project manager this was a beautifully styled and meticulously scheduled wedding.  The weather was perfect, the food was delicious and they even had lawn games (including a giant jenga ) for the non-dancing guests.

Here are a few of the images.

Angelica & Tyler

Last weekend's wedding of Angelica and Tyler was just so much fun to photograph.  They're such a loving couple and truly a pleasure to be around.  The ceremony was lovely, the reception was joyous and the dance floor was full thanks to Joe from Valley DJ Services.

Diana Class of 2018

It's been a busy fall with weddings and senior photo sessions.  Now it's time to catch up with sharing some of this images.  Here's some photos of the lovely Diana from her senior session.  She wanted a mix of scenes. We chose River Bend Farm in Uxbridge for a bucolic setting.  The sidewalks and alleys of downtown Milford provided an urban feel.  Finally, being the student athelete that she is, we had to get Diana onto a track.

A Student Athlete

Diana takes great pride in her athletic abilities.  Long hours of training and conditioning really pay off when the competition begins and she wanted some photographs of herself in action.  I had a great time this week shooting Diana at one of her meets.

The first event was the Triple Jump.  I took a lot of shots as the girls advanced in rounds but this one is my favorite.

Amber and James

Amber and James are getting married this October.  We've been trying to get their engagement photos done for a month but a sudden return of winter weather kept getting in the way.  We finally got a day when it wasn't freezing cold (just regular cold) or snowing (rain instead).  They love the photos anyway.

A Family Portrait

Last year I had the honor of shooting Eric's High School Senior photo.  No a college freshman Eric was home visiting for the Christmas break.  His parents thought this would be a good time for a family portrait.  We met up last Saturday at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury for a pretty cold session.  I think they feel that braving the cold was worth it.  They love the photographs.

Newborn Baby Photos

Abby is only two and a half weeks old.  Michelle and Jay asked if I would take some photos of her. Of course I was happy to do it.  Being my first newborn photographs in 16 years definitely put me outside of my comfort zone.  Abby turned out to be a fantastic model.  She was calm and happy and there was only a little spit-up.  She's a very beautiful baby.  Congratulations Michelle and Jay, and thank you for allowing me to capture this lovely moment for you.

Emergency Photos

Lauren was in a bit of a bind.  She starts her freshman year at Dean College next week.  As a Theater major Lauren's first audition is the day after she moves into her dorm.  When she discovers that she is expected to have a head shot at the audition, which she does not have, the prospect of starting off on the wrong foot seems inevitable.  Where is she going to get a head shot that quickly?  Fortunately Lauren's mom had seen my work with the Footlights Theater Company.  Voila! Break a leg Lauren!
